Third parties that process personal data on our behalf as part of operating Shaktisquad IMS for our tenant organisations and their candidates. We list only vendors we actually send data to — not every tool referenced anywhere in our product.

We only engage a sub-processor when it's genuinely necessary to provide a specific part of the service, and we limit what we send it to what that specific function actually requires. Each sub-processor above is reviewed for its own security and data-handling practices before use, and periodically thereafter.
If we add or replace a sub-processor, we will update this page and notify tenant administrators in advance — by email to the account's registered administrator — with a reasonable notice period before the change takes effect.
If a tenant objects to a new sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds, they may raise that objection with us at info@shaktisquad.com before the change takes effect. We will work in good faith to address the concern; where it cannot be resolved, the tenant may terminate their agreement with us for that reason without penalty, per the terms of their service agreement.
